"Not as described"
Ordered from Grace and Emma and what showed up was off. Color didn’t match, fabric felt cheaper, and the sizing wasn’t what the page said. Annoying, since I bought it based on that description...

"Shipping was much slower than I expected"
I ordered from graceandemma.com thinking it would get here quickly, but maybe I should’ve looked more closely at the shipping info before buying. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates, so I kept checking on it myself. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it was still a really frustrating experience, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again

"Exchanging It Was Way More Annoying Than It Should’ve Been"
I didn’t expect the exchange process to be this much of a headache?! Emails took forever to get answered, and the instructions were so unclear that I kept wondering if I was missing something. It just felt way more complicated than it needed to be.

"Took a little longer to get moving"
The order itself was totally fine, but it sat in processing for a few days before it actually shipped. I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, I just kept checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee and wondering if it had moved yet. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slower than I expected. Hopefully they can speed up that part.

"Not a brand I’d trust"
I looked them up after seeing some negative stuff online, and it just made me uncomfortable. The website itself looks fine, but the reputation around the brand doesn’t give me much confidence. A lot of the concerns seem like they could’ve been preventable with better communication or service, which makes it harder to trust them. I personally wouldn’t feel safe placing an order here...

I tried them one time and I don’t think I order again. It just wasn’t really worth it for me. It wasn’t the worst or anything, but it don’t feel good enough to buy again...

I was looking through graceandemma.com, i got annoyed quickly because the prices just didn’t make much sense to me. A lot of the items looked nice enough, but not nice enough to justify what they were charging.
I found similar stuff on other sites for less without having to search that hard, so it felt disappointing. Maybe the quality is decent, but I’m not paying those prices unless there’s a serious sale.

"Return process was more frustrating than expected"
I’ve returned items from other online stores before and it’s usually straightforward, but this was a hassle. I wanted to return my order and the process felt confusing and slow. I had to email more than once and wait around for instructions, and it took 5 days just to get a return label. Not easy at all, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Cute clothes, but the shipping threw me off a bit"
I’m sure I liked everything I ordered overall—the clothes were cute and the site was easy enough to figure out. The only thing is, the shipping cost felt higher than I was expecting, so it kind of made the total feel a little less worth it. I’d probably order again, maybe if there’s a better shipping deal next time.

"Box arrived totally smashed"
My order showed up in this flimsy little bag, and the box was seriously crushed. Like, really crushed. Everything inside looked tossed around and messy, and it just felt careless. I paid good money for this, so getting a smashed-up box in a thin bag is frustrating. Not okay at all.

I ordered a couple things because the site showed them as available. Then a few days later I get an email saying one item was actually out of stock and the other was delayed. Frustrating tbh, since I needed them for a trip. They really need to keep the inventory updated better

"I really thought I was going to..."
I really thought I was going to like this, but the fabric was a letdown. It felt kind of thin and scratchy, and definitely not soft like I was expecting. After wearing it for a little while, I’m sure it was just irritating my skin because I couldn’t get comfortable in it. For the price, I feel like the quality should’ve been a lot better. I don’t think I’d order it again.

The checkout was annoying, honestly. It kept lagging, and my card didn’t go through the first time, which made me think this is probably a regular issue with their site. For what should’ve been a quick, simple order, it took way longer than expected.

I’m really not happy with this order. The purchase turned out way worse than I expected, and now I’m just stuck trying to figure out what the next step is. There weren’t clear instructions on how to fix the issue, return it, or get help, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Still waiting on a reply"
I emailed them twice about my order and never heard back at all. Super frustrating when all you need is a quick answer. It also made me wonder if there were some extra fees or charges they didn’t want to explain, which doesn’t help the situation.
